    OWSA Acquires a New Sailboat - The Calypte

    OWSA maintains a small fleet of sailboats on the Columbia for use in educational programs including classes on sailing & boat maintenance and for the BOAST Program. The exciting news is that we have acquired a new sailboat, the Calypte -- an Ericson 27 that was built in 1973.     OWSA Receives "Grow Boating" Award

    OWSA Receives "Grow Boating" Award The Grow Boating Committee of the Northwest Marine Trade Association has awarded 10 grants of $1,000 each to Pacific Northwest organizations for 2023 - and OWSA is one of those organizations.
