Our Annual Meeting -- Welcome New Board Members

On Wednesday, October 12th we had our Annual Meeting at Rose City Yacht Club. This meeting covered the official business for OWSA for 2022: reports from the Board about each part of our organization and voting on new 2023 Board members.
Welcome our 2023 Board members: Melissa Cearlock, Sarah Knudsen, and Meredith Hall.
