Call for Special Membership Meeting to Consider Bylaws Amendments
In accordance with OWSA bylaws, a call for a special membership meeting was submitted with endorsement of greater than 5% of OWSA members. The meeting purpose is for the membership to vote on three proposed bylaws amendments, the text of which is included in this posting.
The meeting will be at: Rose City Yacht Club, 3737 NE Marine Drive, Portland, OR 97211 at 7pm on Monday, April 22, 2024.
