Oregon Boater Education Card Training

Captain Mary Schuck and Brenda Belongie of the US Coast Guard Auxiliary will instruct the official Boat Oregon course exclusively for OWSA members -- FOR FREE!
This card is required for boaters operating a motorized vessel of 10 or more horsepower on Oregon waters.
Successful completion of an exam at the end of the course will leave you prepared to purchase your card from the Oregon State Marine Board for $20.
