Decorate your boat with all the flags and burgees you have collected over the years.
Meet at Buoy 14 on the Columbia River at 1:00 to join a parade of boats motoring down river to Buoy 2. Turn radio to Channel 72.
Bring your own sail or power boat or come with friends.

Past OWSA Commodore or current OWSA member looking for a boat? Please use the "Past OWSA Commodore" ticket or the "OWSA Crew" ticket.
OWSA Community Skippers, please use the "WNS Skipper" ticket only if you are accepting crew members.
Bringing your own boat and crew? Please use the "BYOB" ticket, you can also just show up. No need to register.
